When you use our contact or quote-request form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, address and type of property, and the content of your message or request.

If you chat with our online assistant, we process the messages you send in order to answer your request.

Answering your requests and preparing a quote — pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).

Managing the client relationship and delivering services — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).

Issuing and keeping invoices and accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

Improving our service through aggregated, anonymised statistics — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

Your data is never sold. It is processed on our behalf by:

Web3Forms — form processing (contact / request).

Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.

Some of these providers may be located outside the EU; where that is the case, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

Requests and quotes with no follow-up: kept for the time needed to handle your request, then deleted or archived no later than 3 years after the last contact.

Data linked to a service (clients, invoices, accounting records): kept for 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year (legal obligation, Art. 16 Luxembourg Commercial Code).

Assistant conversations: anonymised after the request is handled.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@vivaclean.lu; we respond within one month at most.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority).

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to data is restricted to authorised Viva Clean staff.
